The bed was comfy and the interior design was pleasing. The hotel was clean and the staff were helpful when they could understand my English. The hotel's location was convenient as it was near the mall and city centre.

Spent New Year's Eve at this hotel and it was great! the staff was amazing, extremely friendly and willing to help. the room was spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. there were complementary snacks waiting for us, which was a nice touch. the hotel has a convenient location, close to a big shopping mall and with easy access to public transportation. Plus, it has its own parking lot, which makes it perfect for those traveling by car.
The noise insulation needs improvement, and we could hear noise from neighboring rooms and the traffic outside. the breakfast selection was not very varied, and there were only a few options available.

During our stay at Austrian Palace, we were initially assigned a room on the ground floor near the reception. Unfortunately, the sound insulation was extremely poor, and we could hear all the noise from other guests passing by. However, the staff quickly addressed our concern and moved us to a quieter room on the other side of the hotel. We had a peaceful night's sleep, thanks to their helpfulness. The bed was comfortable, and the room was nicely decorated and clean. Additionally, the hotel provided a delicious and varied breakfast with fresh options. The hotel's location on the main road was convenient for exploring Skopje, and the private parking lot was a great advantage. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
